Adapted from the 9-time award-winning book & 7-time Telly Award holiday film, POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance takes audiences on an exhilarating journey alongside three best friends who master music, magic, and circus skills for the holiday season at a secret university before sharing their talents with the world.
Ticket holders attending the live-action holiday cirque show will first enter the POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance IMMERSIVE UNIVERSE. This unique interactive holiday wonderland is an enchanting world of dazzling lights, remarkable decorations, festive treats, and characters from the storybook.
Upon entering the Great Hall Theatre, guests will be surrounded by the book’s illustrations in a 360° video mapping experience, highlighting the live-action theatrical stage spectacle in the round. An international cast of 30 astonishing acrobats, magicians, singers, dancers, and enchanting characters mesmerize with over 200 breathtaking costumes to an original musical score. Aerial acts, gravity-defying circus performances, spellbinding magic and disappearances, skating, cycling and show-stopping Broadway-style production make this entertainment destination and show the perfect holiday gift with an unforgettable grand appearance by Santa Claus himself.

Created by renowned Broadway director and Cirque Dreams founder Neil Goldberg, POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance takes audiences on a magical journey alongside three inseparable friends who embark on a quest to master music, magic, and circus skills at a hidden university. Together, they cultivate their unique talents and prepare to share their awe-inspiring holiday performances with the world. Adapted from the 9-time award-winning storybook and 7-time Telly award-winning holiday film, this enchanting tale comes to life for the first time ever, as a captivating and immersive live-action stage show. A phenomenal cast of 30 acrobats, magicians, singers, dancers, and enchanting characters mesmerize the audience with breathtaking aerial acts, gravity-defying balances and juggling, mind-bending contortion, spellbinding levitation, captivating disappearances, dazzling skating and cycling routines, and show-stopping Broadway-style production numbers while the audience is surrounded by video mapping & projections transporting them right into the pages of the storybook. And of course, there will be a grand appearance by none other than Santa in a never-before-seen holiday spectacular!
The area outside of the theatre will be transformed into the POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance IMMERSIVE UNIVERSE, a winter wonderland and social destination to explore, enjoy, and not to be missed.
The live-action show is 65 minutes without intermission and recommend an additional hour prior to the show to experience the POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance IMMERSIVE UNIVERSE and winter wonderland.
Yes. POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance offers an extraordinary holiday experience that transcends age barriers, captivating audiences of all generations. From awe-inspiring singing and dancing to more than 200 fantastically designed costumes, this unique family show is thoughtfully crafted to ensure there’s something for everyone to enjoy. As a family-friendly production, children under two years old can join in the fun and sit on a parent’s lap free of charge.
Secured stroller parking will be available outside the theatre at no charge.
POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance is an immersive spectacle in the round, so audiences will be able to see every detail of the production. The stage is in the center of the Great Hall Theatre with no more than 21 rows on each of the four sides of the stage. Performers will move through the audience during the show.

For security, licensing purposes, and the safety of the artists, recording and flash photography are strictly prohibited. Non-flash social media pictures and posts are encouraged.
Full concessions including adult and kids bars will be available for purchase. No outside food is permitted in the theatre.
Additionally, The Diplomat is home to 6 acclaimed restaurants and lounges for pre-and-post-show dining.
Theatre seating begins one hour prior to showtime. Guests are encouraged to arrive with ample time to park, clear security, and enjoy our holiday wonderland prior to the show.
If you are late to the show, you will be seated at the conclusion of the first scene, approximately 10 minutes into the performance.
Valet parking is available at the Convention Center entrance for a discounted rate of $25 plus tax per vehicle for all dates except for December 23 and December 24 where discounted valet parking will be available off the main lobby of the hotel.
Self Parking is also available for the show at a special discounted rate of $18 plus tax per vehicle. From the main entrance, self-parking is located on the west side of the Resort. From the parking structure cross the sky bridge to the main lobby, once inside the event center proceed to the escalators and go up to the Great Hall level.

Exclusive pre-arranged character meet-and-greets with POMP, SNOW, & CIRQUEumstance can be added when purchasing tickets. Character meet-and-greets also include a storybook with a personalized autograph from the characters.
Additionally, some of the characters will mingle with guests in our holiday wonderland located just outside the Great Hall Theatre!
The POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance award-winning storybook and character toys will be available for purchase in the Gingerbread House located in our winter wonderland, just outside the theatre. Guests attending the Diplomat Beach Resort will also be able to purchase the second storybook – Holidays All Year with POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance – exclusively at the show before it’s 2024 worldwide release.
The show is fully accessible to individuals with special needs. Flashing, strobing, and special effects lighting are used throughout the performance of POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance.
While there is no specific dress code proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times.

BOOK
The POMP SNOW & CIRQUEumstance live show is inspired by the 9-time international award-winning book & 7 time Telly award winning holiday film. The book sequel is due out in 2024.
STORY
The show begins with the arrival of the holiday season. The Sprites are at their Secret University clamoring with last minute holiday preparations until best friends, POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance arrive - but they’re late, delaying operations.
COSTUMES
Over 200 costumes are worn throughout each show, adorned with 150,000 rhinestones & sequins, constructed from 140 different fabrics; printed, hand painted & acquired throughout the world. Every costume is tailor-made at Dream Studios, Pompano Beach Fl. by designers & technicians from Ukraine, Netherlands, El Salvador, Trinidad & Tobago & the U.S. 50,000 yards of trims embellish the costume collection with 5,000 appliqués, novelty’s, toys & gadgets adding whimsy to the holiday storybook characters. The largest costume in the show is “Snow Flurry,” which stands 8ft tall, 10ft in diameter, weighs 40lbs & supported by an aluminum frame on wheels.
CAST
A cast of 30 artists from 8 countries bring over 500 years of professional training & experience to the stage. They’ve previously been featured in the Olympics, Guinness Book of World Records, AGT, cirque shows & on the most famous stages throughout the world.
MUSIC
There are 15 original songs in the show. For 2 years the score has been in development by a team of Broadway composers. The songs & lyrics capture the story’s heart and daring artistry, integrating driving, compelling & catchy tunes with a joyful holiday splendor.
WIGS
All 60 handcrafted wigs worn in the show are created from 1,000 rolls of imported foam that are heated, molded & shaped to form each Sprites hairstyle. Once fashioned, the wig collection is coated with over 125lbs of glitter and remains flexible, sturdy & lightweight. Each wig takes on average 160 hours to construct.
VIDEO MAPPING
Inside the Great Hall Theatre, video projection mapping is used to surround the audience within the pages of the storybook while the live action show unfolds centerstage. Over 132,000 lumens of projection brings 18 illustrations, images & animation to life at every show. It takes 60 hours to develop 6 seconds of animation and up to 130 hours to hand draw a single illustration.
POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance IMMERSIVE UNIVERSE
This unique pre-show experience is embellished with over 10,000 dazzling and twinkling lights, 2,000 Swarovski crystals, hundreds of ornaments, icicles, sparkling reindeer and more. Stroll through our wonderland of 18’ tall candy canes, 10’ tall nutcrackers, a 20’ tall gingerbread cookie and a 12’ tall gingerbread house in this towering universe. Dozens of Christmas trees in all shapes and sizes including 2 unique 15’ tall trees designed from over 500 pages of the storybook are adorned with 5,000 dangling mirrors. Photo ops galore!
